1. Nature of the Service

Gelsene is a platform that allows users to create events around shared interests and meet up. Gelsene is not a party to meetups that take place between users, and does not organize, supervise or guarantee them.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

• Participation in events created through the app is entirely at the user's own risk and responsibility.
• Gelsene and the person/entity operating the app cannot be held liable in any way for material or non-material damages, accidents, disputes, unlawful conduct, or issues with third parties that may occur during or after an event.
• Only the user who shares content (profile information, photos, messages, event descriptions, etc.) is responsible for its accuracy, lawfulness, and non-infringement of third-party rights.
• Users may share contact information such as phone numbers with each other via in-app messaging. Sharing such information is entirely the users' own choice and responsibility; Gelsene cannot be held liable in any way for how shared contact information is used, for communications that take place outside the app, or for any misuse of that information.
• Gelsene does not verify users' identities; it is the user's responsibility to take appropriate safety precautions before meeting another user.
• The app is not guaranteed to operate uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to provide accurate information, not to harass, threaten, spam or engage in unlawful conduct toward other users, and to be over the age of 18. Accounts of users who violate these rules may be suspended or permanently closed.
